Molten Lava

ha-ha..this post suppose to be last 2 weeks but i kept forgetting to update about this new yau char kuay in 1utama...just open few weeks ago so me and my colleagues decided to give it a try....

preparing yau char kuay for us and the customer outside.....

thats the machine thingy which they just need to turn the 'wheel'

and the small thin not cooked yau char kuay out of it
and automatically fall into the deep fried 'wok'

when its done the fried yau char kuay will be
placed on the netting...

that is the fitout of the outlet..
small and simple...

the menu..

its an open kitchen which we could see the whole process of the frying yau char kuay part...

we ordered molten chocolate dip...er...i would say its an okay because when we ordered it was abit hard and cold...plus the chocolate was not hot...maybe its meant to be 'cold' and they actually fried the yau char kuay early...

then we thought of trying others which is this churros sundae...well..nothing special about it...normal ice cream and they just put two yau char kuay at the side

ha-ha...then we took so many pictures just to get the perfect one....sat there for an hour cause we've got so much to talk..we didnt try the sambal ikan bilis because apparently one of my colleague is a pure vegetarian....ha-ha...and according to them thier specialty is the cinnamon sugar...they gave some free yau char kuay for us to try and i think its all right...maybe because i don fancy cinnamon....so yeah u guys can go giv it a try....
