should i say im proud to be Klangites?? er...mmm...ah....don't know wor.... =) anyway something very dramatic happened in our office on Friday... there was two people...one male (about 39 yrs old) and female (24 yrs old!! one year older than me).....so these tenant wanted to franchise Charms Cafe in our site which is Bandar Bukit Tinggi One, Klang...so he wanted the corner lot first floor..the size was about 4000++ sq feet including the alfresco area....but the lady was worried the business might no work because the three outlet size thy had was not more than 2000 sq feet..another problem its because of the surrounding area of Klang....well in my opinion, the people from Klang likes to eat nice and cheap food...so if any tenant wants to open an outlet here they have to really do thier homework properly because i always see shop close not even a year of business....thou they are trying to developed Klang to be a better place....okay back to my story...i can see that the lady looks very worry and was 'hinting' him....but in the end the franchisee decided to franchise Gasoline Cafe because all the interior design, constructions and etc are all provided...ha-ha who wouldnt want free services.... that is why he wanted Gasoline Cafe instead of Charms....so thy fax us the application form and we issued offer letter plus agreement....the final process was the cheque....this is where it started to happen...
we had an appointment with them on site together with the Gasoline Cafe Marketing Manager and his staff...so thy were doing the measurement....and all we are waiting is the cheque....so i was in charge to ask the tenat to sign the offer letter and i gave her a copy of it took the cheque frm her....because my colleague was talking to another tenant so coincidence the appointment was clash with each other....but in the end everything went well....we went back to our office and i need to pass the cheque to the finance...and we realise that the cehque was written wrongly...FORTY become FORTHY....so we called them and thy say the cheque wont bounced....i was like huh?? ok since they say that we just bank in then....but it was really bounced...so the second time thy wrote and this time it was wrong again....RETAIL NETWORK MANAGEMENT become NETWORK MANAGEMENT...plus the amount was writen wrongly too....thy cancelled it by drawing double line....oh my god that would defintely bounced....and the funny thing is he said it was the bank staff who wrote the cheque....that is so ridicuolous how can a bank staff write a wrong cheque....might as well don hire that fella....this is such a lame reason....trying to blame someone else...so he came to our office pass us the cheque scan receipt....there is where we found the mistake...he was trying to cheat us....bloody hell....say hes in Taman Mayang banking the cheque but the receipt says in PORT KLANG....what the heck....and thy think we are blind and stupid...thy actually change the date of the receipt because the font was different frm the original and its BOLD....gosh....
the third time thy bank in the cheque again...this time thier reason is we had bank in already i don't understand why your company haven received ityet....we went back to the bank but the staff say thy couldnt find our cheque in the machine....i was like come on man....how can your cheque dissapear just like that....till my colleague was fed up didnt answer his call or replied any of the sms....she was trying to ignore them because she thinks that thy are playing around till thy come up to our office and ask her why didnt bother to answer calls and sms....so she explained everything...and this time thy were given a chance AGAIN...thy promise to come early in the morning tomorrow which is FRiday with CASH.....but we dont accept cash bceause its dangerous...so it was Friday thy didnt turn up....so my colleague called the owner personal assistant to explain the whole incident till thy decided not to rent out the lot to them anymore.....so we had appointment in KL at 11.30a.m....on the way she asked me to sms them saying the owner decided to give the lot to other party....not eve 5 seconds he called and keep begging us to give them one last chance.....but the owner's decision is final so we just listen we can do anything anymore but he keep begging again and again repeating his bloody fake grandmother story ....so my coleague gave up saying okay i will call and ask the owner's personal assistant again.....during our lunchtime she called the owner's pa but thy still say no...if i were them i would say no too because such a small matter they cant do it properly...and we have been wondering why till now we haven receive the cheque yet(it was about 3 weeks already)....this really make them suspect thier sincerity...
so she sms the tenant again saying their decision is final and they still say no....im pretty sure he received our msg and we thought thy wont turn up in our office....guess what....YES THEY CAME....so my colleague asked me to join her....she asked him u didnt receive my sms saying the owner says no....to be honest i can see his fake OH DID YOU SMS ME JUST NOW!!!....what the helll it was just an act....and we thought he really bring whole lot of cash cause he was carrying a briefcase....but when he open it....just documents..... *sweat*....so we talked and talked...until he got piss.....talking loud....the girl keep asking him to COOL DOWN...but he don listen....and my colleague left me alone talking to them...cause she got a phone call..i was a little bit shivering there...because i tried to talk loud but hes louder....i tried to defend my coleague....because the way he talk is damn ridiculous...at first he say trust us all of the sudden blame on us....what the fuk.....he wanted the owner's number but we cant simply give it out just like that..we need get permission....suddenly he change his topic...by blaming us....saying i don't know what she told the owner until they decided to give the lot to other party...what the helll....he is saying we backstab him...ish....then i said to him how can u say that..she has been helping for so many times and u still do it wrongly....acting slamming his bag walk out frm office (like gangster so not professional)...then she keep talking to me and my other colleague who join me...comtinue talking again...repeating the same thing...gosh...after that the gal went out to calm him down...... after 5 minutes thy came in again and my colleague say since u insist for his number then i will give you....so try your very best to convince him.....so we just leave the meeting room and let them do thier talking...thy were so annoying....the gal say no matter what i will stay here until i manage to convince them...kept using the same excuses saying we sign agreement with Gasoline cafe already....paid 150,000 and if we say don want thy can sue us plus we will need to pay them that amount...show us all their 'relevant' information....no point showing it us because its got nothing to do with us....
finally the owner say okay we shall rent the lot for you then....i was asked to write the cheque in front of them...so i wrote it slow and neat....got his signature....then my colleague said her few last words to them....now i cant bank in the cheque because we have to wait for the owner's decision if they still say no then thats it and don come find us anymore...we are done....the end....
i work for 3 months and started to see all sorts of character already....both of them are frm Klang....people always say klang got alot of gangsters....i wont comment on this but im definitely not like them..... =D
