Great Ocean Road Trip Day 2

The story continues....

Hi Great Ocean Road! After saying wanting to visit you many times finally I made it and I came with my love one! =)

We woke up at 6a.m to get ready and had our breakfast at Maccass! Again? well it is near our apartment. Head back to apartment to grab my jacket! I will mention why I did that later.

First pit stop Apollo Bay! We had light breakfast which is tea and biscuits! Toilet stop too! He got over excited thats why pose that way!

Wondering why I close my eyes? I was sleeping in the bus! It was very glaring I couldn't open my eyes! ha-ha!

Yeah have to cover a bit so that I can fully open my eyes!

Thats the toilet painted with aborigin art! As usual female toilet always have long queue! I joined the queue but for awhile because it was time to go up the bus. Our bus driver Adrian says 25 minutes rest. Everyone hop on except for 1 lady, she got scolded by the driver! He has been working for more than 20 years so he knows the time duration for every pitstop!

Next stop is the Bells beach.

Camwhore in the bus! Everytime the bus starts moving I will be sleeping. ha-ha!

The house on the top hill. According to the Adrian you can actually book for few nights and stay! The price will not be cheap thou. How you wish when you wake up in the morning you will see the beach.

Yeah again! Another pit stop with my sleepy eyes.

It tells us the story of how Great Ocean Road was build.

The weather was not very friendly to us. Drizzle and cool wind! Thank god I brought my purple jacket thats why I went back to my apartment to get it. I was wearing top and shorts. He wore T shirt and pants. He was feeling the cold too! ha-ha! The sun didn't meet us at all.

Our lunch pit stop at Nautigals. Choose our lunch, drink and FREE internet. See how much they charge for internet. He checking his emails and updating Facebook status. We just can't live without Internet.

He ordered fish and chip extra AUD2! Their fish and chips is so much better than Malaysia. Ever since I had it in Perth I stop eating fish and chips in Malaysia. How sad! XD

Helicopter ride! AUD95 for 1 person! I was reluctant to pay so much and when we left the place I regretted. Once in a lifetime ride on a helicopter just gone like that. So just watch the helicopter going off only. How sad. =(

Why I post up this picture? Because we bump into gay couples! They were lovely and not shy at all. I guess it's normal in Australia but in Malaysia you will get sued or summon or hmmm I don't know what they will do to them.

You realise every camwhore picture taken by him looks so nice. he-he! =P

All this curves are created by our mother nature. How cool is that har!

I forced him to go all the way down since we came all the way there. The steps was quite slippery and he have to be very careful. =)

Fish and chips! Ya we thought we can make it on time but the bus driver told us to get on the bus right now! lol! No choice to wrap the remaining fish and chips and put it in my bag! When we got up the bus I saw everyone was there just left us! ha-ha luckily Adrian didn't scold us.

So that was the end of our journey at Great Ocean Road! I was so ready to go to the beach but time constraint! I even wore my bikini top! Adrian ask every passengers where to drop off! We said Crown Casino! It was close to 8pm we decided to go DFO South Wharf! Yeah we took a cab there! First shop we went was jayjays, his favourite shop and the shirts are really cheap 3 for AUD15! O M G! Ha-ha I got myself a flowery dress! Then we took a quick walk around because they are closing at 9pm! We decided to walk back to our apartment! It looks near but actually its not! ha-ha! While walking I ate the remaining fish and chips! It was quite soggy but still taste good! =P

Overall the trip was good thou I slept most of the time! XD

He say Adrian is a very experienced bus driver with extensive knowledge of the place, and can give very accurate description and not to forget the time duration for every pitstop! Impressive ay! We slept early that night cause very tired and need to get ready for the next important day which is his brother Wedding Day! =D

Melbourne trip Day 1

Melbourne trip story begins........

9th Feb - 15th Feb 2011

We didn't know heaps of people heading to Melbourne. It was a very long queue. My parents send me to airport that day. They waited for me to check in before leaving the airport. Reminds me of when I'm flying to Perth but that was when I'm with my dad and youngest brother. We took Airasia flight and thank god the weather was not very sunny because it was a long walk to the plane. gosh. I guess budget airlines are like that.

So what you expect the seats are small and straight. Thou its adjustable but how low can you pull it down. I didn't get good sleep anyway. 8 hours flight to Melbourne was not very pleasant. Imagine Airasia flight to UK??? crazy~~~ Couldn't get right position to sleep same goes to him. he-he.

Next the air stewardess start serving food. I bought this vegetarian pasta. RM12. The food was all right.

He ordered Smoked bbq chicken. Me stole the potatoes. ha-ha! Just couldn't get good sleep that night. We reached Melbourne 1.45am! 3 hours early than Malaysia time. Pass custom and getting taxi to reach our apartment at Southbank. It was close to 3a.m! Head to maccass to grab some food. We took a quick shower and head to sleep.

Yeah I say we must wake up at 8.30a.m and end up waking up at about 10 plus. Guess all of us tired. Me and my cousin while waiting for the rest to get ready me using her iPhone to update my Facebook status and she playing games on iPad. ha-ha Australia is all about APPLE! =)

Brunch at Pancake Dessert House! Portion very big I couldn't finish my noodles. ha-ha! Me choose 3 ingredients and type of noodles.

After brunch we walk around the city. State of library. Last time me alone take picture but this year me take picture with my love one which is him. =)

Me bought this monopoly game for AUD5 and I won AUD10! Ahh so close to the numbers! Could have won AUD100! =)

We bought our Great Ocean Road trip at evergreen holidays! We have been advised not to purchase the Chinese tour thou it is cheap so we bought English tour. Tour and lunch AUD111! XD

We head to Coles! Feel so homeyyyyy! Coles Chicken~~~ See that Mother drink! Packaging changed. =)

Self checkout counter! We were amazed by that and bought few things just to tryout! So hightech! =)

Second time! He ask me to do exactly like the status expression.

They didn't want to have early dinner so I head to Maccas and bought Caramel Sundae! I know it's very sweet but ooohhh my favourite ice cream! Burger King in Malaysia had too but the taste is totally different. =P

All of the sudden they changed their mind. Early dinner then.

Pita bread for 4 different sauces. *Sorry I forgot the name of the sauces but it was damn good*

I ordered this pork ____ with rice. I didn't like it very much cause it was very salty and I have to ask him to help me finish it. I regretted ordering it because the portion was very big.

See the kebab! So big, fat and juicy! So much fillings inside. I helped him to finish half of it. =)

I had 1 bottle before sleep. ahhh~~ the feeling was awesome. We head to bed early as the next day is out Great Ocean Road trip. Yay!

Clumsy

2008 - Sprained my ankle

2009 - nothing happened

2010 - Sprained my right hand

So this year 2011 I was way more clumsy! Guess what I fell down from the stairs! It has always been slippery cause of the tiles! So I was walking down the stairs and I thought someone came so ok just wanna see who is that and few more stairs I'm gonna reach the ground! Hallelujah I slipped and hurt my backbone and my right hand! How clumsy is that! I have experienced few times slipping off but manage to 'save' myself but this time it got worst! Quickly went to visit the chinese physician! The lady was not in so this guy suggested me to take medicine and use their needles to poke the blood out! I didn't want cause I experienced before! Eventhough the lady say its just like ants biting you well I don't think so it was really painful! So I just told him to massage! It was painful! so it took less than 10 minutes! He say dont walk so much and no gym too! Come on Tuesday to see it is ok!

So I came home about 3 plus and rest on my bed the entire day! Thanks to my blackberry for keeping me company! Had 4 bars of Zip Chocolate! It shrank a lot! Dearie dear bought pan mee for me to eat! Ate together at my house and we played monopoly! ha-ha it was fun and I lost a lot of money from him! grrrrrrrrr!

I just put the 'healing' plaster on my back hopefully it will be better tomorrow! My mum say its swollen already and ask me to go see the lady tomorrow night and get her to use the needles to poke the blood out! Oh well parents nagging also need to listen!
